In another milestone deal, North Carolina Fusion has partnered with CineSports becoming the first US Soccer Development Academy and ECNL programs to utilize Spiideo’s technology. NC Fusion will be installing 12 cameras on six of their beautifully maintained home fields for their upcoming 2018-19 season. The Spiideo system will allow them to record all 6 fields simultaneously without the need of a cameraman. Coaches will have live access on the sideline to show players key plays seconds after they happen.
“This is the next level of sports filming” says Matthew Delicâte, CineSports Co-Founder, “Having the ability to show athletes on the sideline immediately after a play can really enhance their learning experience.”
NC Fusion will be laying the necessary infrastructure to support the Spiideo system over the summer months. Once the 4K cameras are installed, NC Fusion will be able to provide live footage to coaches, players and fans. CineSports helps organizations with all the essential information to get projects like this off the ground.
Andy Butler, NC Fusion technical said “NC Fusion is excited to be in Partnership with Cinesports. This Partnership is an exciting new component of our player development pathway. With Cinesports and Spideo 4k Video Solution we will be able to breakdown Individual and Team game footage better than ever. Our players and coaches will be able to get panoramic views of games and see in detail areas where they can improve and develop. We are excited to start the new season and implement this technology.”
The Spiideo system provides a full panoramic view of the field allowing the user to pinch and zoom to anywhere at anytime. Drawing tools, tagging features and data integration make it a powerful all-in-one video platform that transforms how coaches can use and capture video.
CineSports is proud to be working with teams in the MLS, USL, NWSL and NCAA and now adding NC Fusion as the first U.S Soccer Developmental Academy and ECNL along with the growing list of customers.
